The Vision Behind the Applied Longevity Science Conference
When I envisioned the Applied Longevity Science Conference, I didn’t just imagine another event with lectures and panels. I imagined a movement. A new kind of gathering where cutting-edge science, accessible interventions, and lived experience come together to answer a single, urgent question:
How can we take what we already know about longevity and apply it to extend our healthspan—today?
As someone who came into this space through personal healing—biohacking my way back from autoimmune illness while raising three young children—I’ve experienced firsthand the power of science-backed interventions. I’ve also seen how isolated and overwhelming the information can feel without context, community, and guidance. That’s what this conference is here to change.
A Different Kind of Longevity Conference
Unlike traditional scientific conferences or future-focused biotech summits, the Applied Longevity Science Conference is designed around what’s actionable now. It bridges the gap between academic research and real-world application. We bring together researchers, physicians, biohackers, health entrepreneurs, and curious minds to explore:
- What actually works to extend healthspan
- What’s proven, what’s emerging, and what’s hype
- How to personalize protocols across different stages of life
- How community, environment, and lifestyle intersect with biology
This isn’t about waiting for the next medical breakthrough. It’s about harnessing what’s already within reach—from fasting and circadian rhythm optimization to muscle-preserving workouts, stress modulation, light and temperature exposure, supplements, and more.
The 2025 Theme: The 12 Hallmarks of Aging—And What We Can Do About Them
This year’s conference is built around the scientific framework known as the 12 Hallmarks of Aging—a unifying theory in longevity research that explains the cellular and molecular drivers of aging. Each hallmark is a lever. And with the right intervention, it can be pulled in a healthier direction.
We’ve designed a track-based experience that breaks down these hallmarks and connects them to real interventions:
- Metabolic flexibility
- Cellular senescence
- Mitochondrial optimization
- Epigenetic reprogramming
- And more…
Our speakers and facilitators will explore both emerging science and immediately accessible practices—from hormetic stressors like cold exposure and fasting to social health, breathwork, and light hygiene.
Why “Applied” Matters
The word applied isn’t just semantics—it’s philosophy. This is a hands-on, integrative conference with learning you can take home, implement, and share. We’re not only curating speakers, we’re curating experiences—interactive labs, biohacking demos, immersive wellness tracks, and facilitated peer connections.
Because what we know doesn’t matter unless we do something with it.
My Why
This conference is the culmination of a personal and professional journey—one that began in pain and now thrives in purpose. After opening the Biohacking Lab in Ramat Hasharon and building an ecosystem of people seeking to live longer, healthier lives, I realized it was time to go bigger. We needed a space where longevity, biohacking, and healthspan science could be explored at scale, by people who care deeply about quality of life—not just quantity of years.
And so, the Applied Longevity Science Conference was born.
If you care about aging well, if you want to extend your healthspan, if you’re curious about biohacking but want it backed by real science—this conference is for you.
We’re not just redefining aging. We’re applying everything we’ve learned to live better, longer, starting now.
