Why I Opened the Biohacking Lab in Ramat Hasharon
For years, the foundation of my work in biohacking and longevity was deeply personal. Long before it became a professional calling—or a growing community—I was simply a woman on a mission to heal.
In 2018, just shy of my 40th birthday, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition. At the time, my three children were all under the age of six. I was exhausted, inflamed, and barely functioning—but motherhood didn’t pause. I knew I had to find a better way forward. I wasn’t willing to accept a future of escalating symptoms and lifelong medication. So I turned to the emerging science of healthspan optimization and began what would become a life-changing healing journey.
I explored epigenetics, circadian biology, metabolic health, and the hallmarks of aging. I began experimenting—on myself. Cold exposure. Nutrient cycling. Breathwork. Movement. Fasting. Light therapy. Social connection. I tracked, tweaked, and adapted.
It wasn’t quick. And it wasn’t easy. But it was transformational.
With time, my energy returned. My brain fog lifted. My body grew stronger. And I felt something I hadn’t in years: vitality. Through strategic biohacking protocols, I wasn’t just healing—I was optimizing.
From My Living Room to a Movement
What started in my living room grew into something much bigger. Friends came over to try breathwork. Neighbors joined my cold plunges. My home became a hub for people searching for answers—people who wanted to feel better and live longer, without waiting for some future biotech breakthrough.
One of the turning points came when Yaara Eshbal Balanga, a participant in one of my guided health journeys—who had become both a close friend and a passionate biohacker—suggested we open a dedicated space for the growing community. She wasn’t just a regular at our breathwork and cold exposure sessions; she’s also a super-talented restaurant designer with a deep understanding of how physical environments shape experiences. Her vision and timing were perfect. She reflected what I had sensed but hadn’t yet acted on: the community was ready. Ready for a place that could hold more people, more protocols, and more possibilities. That spark of collaboration is what brought the Biohacking Lab in Ramat Hasharon to life.
That’s when I knew it was time to create something more structured and accessible. Something built not just for me, but for everyone who believes that aging doesn’t have to mean decline—that healthspan can be expanded with the right knowledge and support.
And so, the Biohacking Lab in Ramat Hasharon was born.
A Space for Applied Longevity Science
The lab is more than a physical space—it’s a container for transformation. We combine science-backed protocols with personalized coaching, cutting-edge diagnostics, and practical tools. Every element is designed to activate the body’s innate capacity for renewal and resilience.
Here, we don’t chase fads. We apply what’s been proven and personalize what works. Our framework aligns with the latest research on the 12 hallmarks of aging, and we focus on accessible, non-invasive interventions that make a real difference—today.
Whether you’re a high performer, a parent, or someone recovering from chronic symptoms, this space is for you.
My Philosophy: Longevity is a Lifestyle
Longevity isn’t something you wait for. It’s something you practice.
It’s the breath you take before you react. The sunlight you greet each morning. The cold plunge that resets your stress system. The decision to connect, rest, move, nourish, and recover—on purpose.
At the lab—and in everything I teach—I guide people to speak the native language of the body: rhythms, nutrients, signals, and stillness. It’s a lifestyle rooted in science and empowered by awareness.
This philosophy now fuels not just our lab sessions and retreats, but the Applied Longevity Science Conference, where experts, entrepreneurs, clinicians, and biohackers gather to explore what’s possible right now.
Join the Movement
